Edgar Braham-Herrera is Managing Partner at AccessBridge International. Previously, he served as Economic Counselor at the Office for the Implementation of the USMCA at the Mexican Embassy to the United States where he managed Mexico’s public and private sector engagement and advocacy strategy on international trade, led the work on supply chain resiliency and investment attraction, and coordinated the strategies to prevent and resolve irritants of the U.S. – Mexico trade relationship for Mexico’s Ministry of Economy. He participated at the U.S. – Mexico High Level Economic Dialogue and led investment attraction efforts and trade missions to Mexico in key sectors such as Semiconductor, ICT, Pharmaceutical, and Automotive.
Edgar worked as an associate and senior consultant at SIE Consultores in Mexico City, a consulting firm specialized in economics, international trade, public policy and infrastructure where he advised federal and local governments, as well as Mexico’s trade associations. He also served as Executive Vicepresident of Fundación Colosio A.C. a national political party policy think tank where he coordinated the 32 state affiliates, organized discussion forums, national and international events and participated in the edition of several thematic publications.
Edgar holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago where he specialized in finance, data science and economic policy. His undergraduate thesis "The Returns to higher education in Mexico under selection bias" received the Flecha al Aire award for the best education thesis from ITAM.

Alberto Sandoval is an accomplished international trade professional with over eleven years of experience. Until December 2022, he served as the Legal Counselor of the Trade Attaché Office of the Ministry of Economy in Washington, D.C. Alberto's work involved extensive communication and collaboration with U.S. government agencies and private sector representatives from both the U.S. and Mexico. He skillfully represented the Government of Mexico in various U.S. proceedings that involved Mexican imports.
Before he was appointed as a Legal Counselor, Alberto worked at the Mexican trade remedies investigating authority for almost eight years. In this role, he provided legal advice on numerous antidumping proceedings. He also played an essential role in successfully defending Mexico in NAFTA Chapter XIX Binational Panels, WTO disputes, and the USMCA Chapter 10 negotiating team.
Alberto holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he graduated with honors on June 28, 2011. His extensive experience and expertise in international trade make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Javier Patiño is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in public policy and management. He is a founding partner of Regal Times, where he manages a real estate portfolio of 25 properties across the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. He has held several positions in the public and private sectors, including consultant for the Federal Telecommunications Institute in Mexico, Fundacion IDEA, International Finance Corporation (World Bank), and Jbc Campaigns, LLC, where he coordinated volunteer teams for the US Presidential Campaign for Joe Biden to canvass votes for the Democratic Party in Tucson, Arizona.
In the public sector, Javier worked for the Office of the President of Mexico, where he held various positions, including Deputy General Director at the Technical Secretariat of the National Security Council, and Deputy General Director at the Coordination of Advisors. He was responsible for conducting econometric analysis of the causes of violent activity, preparing briefing notes on public and national security issues, and participating in high-level meetings to address national security crises.
Javier holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago, with a certificate in policy analysis, and a Master in Public Management from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE). His undergraduate studies include a Bachelor in Political Science and a Bachelor in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He is a proficient communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to coordinate and manage teams effectively. Javier is passionate about making a positive impact through public policy, and is eager to continue applying his expertise in the field.
As an economist, consultant and trade diplomat, Pedro has consistently delivered results to the projects and organizations he has been a part of. As the Senior Economist (First Secretary) at the Mexican Office for the Implementation of the USMCA in Washington, D.C., he worked first-hand with U.S. and Canadian counterparts in cooperation initiatives to promote nearshoring in Mexico; led the office's economic intelligence efforts to represent Mexico in trade remedy negotiations as well as lobbying efforts with the U.S. Government, Congress and other private and public stakeholders; developed export promotion strategies that led to the signing of collaboration agreements with U.S.’ retailers such as Amazon, and created the first interactive self-assessment platform for exporters in Mexico, which altogether allowed 300 + SMEs to identify and start their export journey.
Pedro previously worked as the Managing Partner at IEPE Consultores in Mexico City, advising the Mexican Congress on projects regarding municipal development and state-level public finance. He has been invited as guest lecturer in Mexican Economy and Global Governance courses at UNAM's School of Economics, ITESM and Universidad Anahuac .
As a member and contributor of the Mexican Council for Foreign Affairs (COMEXI) Pedro has authored articles in international journals and national newspapers, and made appearances in nation-wide tv programs and news shows.
His main areas of expertise are Economic Intelligence, Industrial Policy, International Trade (USMCA), Economic Integration & Supply Chains, and SME Development & Internationalization. Pedro holds a B.S. Economics from the National Autonomus University of Mexico (UNAM).

Bernardo De Luna has a comprehensive trajectory in the public sector, working at the local, national and international stages. He was a trade official at Mexico's USMCA Office at the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, DC, coordinating regulatory cooperation and trade facilitation initiatives in the semiconductor, pharmaceuticals and medical devices industries.
Furthermore, he performed at two of the most influential regulatory agencies in Mexico, first as the Head of the Energy Department at the National Commission for Better Regulation (CONAMER) and then as Deputy Director for Regulatory Impact Assessment at Mexico City's Digital Agency for Public Innovation (ADIP), where he codesigned and enforced a new local regulatory improvement law.
He is a Mexican Council for Foreign Affairs (COMEXI) member and an adjunct professor at UNAM's Faculty of Economics, where he taught Game Theory, Competition Economics and Industrial Organization courses.
